My work brings to bear the depth and breadth of my experience, built on interdisciplinary exploration, insatiable curiosity, and a willingness to “walk the walk.” Working with me is about learning what you, your team, and your organization are really capable of.
Executive Coaching
I have been privileged to coach a variety of different executives, from emerging young leaders to seasoned veterans. Each coaching approach will be uniquely tailored to the goals of my client. It is truly fantastic to witness the growth and evolution of executives I coach into impact players and multipliers.
Leadership Program Development
I have also developed and co-led numerous experiential education programs in my work. I take a community-driven approach allowing for incredible impact without the need for maintaining programmatic infrastructure. The key is to design a program that will evolve organically through learning-community participation.
Organizational and Team Support
I take a holistic approach to working with teams, applying systemic thinking, agile rigor, and generative leadership principles to build high-performing cultures one interaction at a time. I have been able to facilitate incredible transformations moving from dysfunctional underperformance to sustainable over-delivery with measurable results.
Public Speaking
One of the most important goals of my work is to inspire other people. I take risks and I choose to be bold so that others will know they can dare to shine as well. It’s also important for me to be a voice for those who do not yet have theirs. When I speak to groups, I know I am speaking for more than just myself and that means something.
