I have worn many hats during my career, spanning multiple industries, continents, and focus areas. After leading departments of hundreds of people, founding non-profits, being a semi-professional boxer, making films, leading IT systems implementations, and becoming a vital voice for Agile at a major Film and TV Studio, I have seen a lot, done a lot, and learned a lot.

Through all of my experiences, one thing has remained constant. It’s about having the willingness to put it all on the line for the sake of giving the highest value to the work we do while being true to who we are. Now, as a prolific public speaker, emerging author, executive coach, and experiential learning facilitator, I offer a unique perspective and powerful catalyst to all those with whom I work.
